In the run-up to China’s biggest automotive trade fair, the world’s biggest Mercedes me store opened its doors in the trend-setting Beijing neighbourhood of Sanlitun a few weeks ago. As part of the “Best Customer Experience” strategy, customers discovered a unique brand experience spread over two levels – including our proprietary product: the NL Digital Showroom.
Countless visitors revelled in the modern architecture, excellent food and drinks and numerous events well into the night at the 2,400 square metre multifunctional store, which Mercedes-Benz expects to become Beijing’s lifestyle hotspot. Four gigantic, high-resolution displays give the customer an overview of the Mercedes-Benz product range, and they can use the integrated soft configurator to configure their dream car, which is then projected on the LED screen which extends all the way to the ceiling.
