From the platform to the campaign: long-term customer relationships through storytelling

Bosch is a global leader in the full range of DIY and garden power tools, and we assist them with strategic consulting through to design and technical implementation. One of the first results of our work was the concept and design for their new online shop, which first went live in Belgium and the Netherlands. In addition to communications activities for various product campaigns, we also organised and conducted a social media campaign with the hashtag #mybigmoment.


Bosch cordless tools have been equipped with the Syneon chip since 2015. To promote this new technology, we produced some short clips with kids much like Germany’s popular Dingsda video clips. Fans guessed the solution on Facebook and won prizes.
