Further awards for Daimler AG and NOLTE & LAUTH: On 18 October, the smart Digital Showroom Experience received two trophies at the 11th Digital Retail Award in Düsseldorf.

The jury honored the smart Digital Showroom Experience – consisting of the in-house distribution solution NL Digital Showroom and the smart Digital HoloLens Experience – in the categories “Instore” and “Customer Journey”.

 

 

Since 2007 viscom, the international trade fair for visual communication, and the Digital Signage Best Practice Award have awarded a prize to outstanding projects in the areas of retail, brand and business communication. This year, a total of 14 projects got to the final round.

The inspiring experience for retail

With the smart Digital Showroom Experience, smart offers its customers a service that transcends the classic sales experience at the point of sale. Furthermore, it revolutionises the interaction between end customer and consultant in the sales area. The solution serves both as a digital product portfolio and as an information tool. Through our approach to a completely new app generation for the Microsoft HoloLens, we connect the real and virtual world even more closely. Thanks to mixed reality technology, the customer can also experience the various functionalities of a smart at the car itself.
