Digital Relaunch for Mercedes-Benz Retail

Starting with the Niederlassung Berlin the first of 2500 Mercedes-Benz partner websites with a completely redesigned customer experience went live in September 2013. Worldwide another 17 countries will follow. At the heart of the new solution is a modular campaigning- and application system that seamlessly connects local sales business with central Mercedes-Benz online activities.

NOLTE&LAUTH was responsible for the conceptual and visual design of the customer experience and the authoring interface based on CQ5.

Mobile finance assistant for Postbank

Todays online banking solutions mainly focus on transactions and daily checkings. With Postbanks new finance assistent customers can view their account balance from a monthly save-to-spend perspective.

Additional budgets let you control overall spendings on individual topics. We were responsible for big picture and customer experience design.

The new Mercedes-Benz car configurator

Every day more than 38.000 people worldwide start building their Mercedes-Benz dream car. To make this crucial part of the buying process more fun and a lot easier Mercedes-Benz asked us to redesign the digital experience of the car configurator.

In 3 months we were able to deliver a less complex configuration experience while including all necessary product information to help customers make a buying decision.

CAN BANKING BE SIMPLE AND FUN?

The new Postbank online banking

Every other customer uses online banking to access his or her checking account. Anyhow, most services still provide a rather poor experience with the look and feel of a database interface.

With the new Postbank online experience this will change: Banking can be simple and fun, too!

Mobile sales assistant for Mercedes-Benz

With a brand new concept Mercedes-Benz is trying to raise the bar for the best retail product experience possible. Already more than 5500 sales people in 90 countries are using the new product information and exploration app that allows customers to experience their dream car in every detail - even though the favoured vehicle might not be available at the local dealership.

Additional airplay features allow for a larger showroom presentation of the vehicle.
